Ananda Development PCL. is the developer of the Ashton Residence 41 Project, located on Sukhumvit Road, Soi 41, Khlong Tan Nuea Subdistrict, Vadhana District, Bangkok. There are two buildings, covering a total area of 19,326.7 sq.m., consisting of eight floors with 79 residential units and three underground floors with 160 parking lots.

TEAM-CM (a member of TEAM GROUP) was involved in pre-construction management including standard price estimation, bid management, as well as construction supervision.
